Pure Spanish, his lineage can by traced back to the 14th century recorded by the Monks who breed them. These horses were bred for thier suspension and straight movement

He was sired by the imported Spanish Stallion Entendido XXIII Cria approved out of Banbury Onda Cria Appr. By Banbury Sampson

At age four Zar was scoring 68% Training level with only two shows in his current career. He has five first place wins. At 2004 IALHA he was a National Top Five Champion In Dressage and placed Fourth in Dressage Suitability. In his first attempt in the fall, First Level he scored 62%  2005, April first show out he received First place in both of his Second level classes with scores in the 60’s. 2006 age six, FWDC Dressage show First in 3rd level, First and Second place in Fourth level test one. SWALHC Fourth place in Senior stallions, Second place in English Show Hack Open and First Place in Dressage Hack Open.            2006 IALHA Nationals Second Place Fourth Level Dressage Open, NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP RESERVE CHAMPION FOURTH LEVEL OPEN, National Championship Top Five Champion Dressage Horse, National Championship Top Five Champion Senior Spanish Stallion
